We’ve been working really hard over the last few months to put together a spectacular Bighorn in 2012! We have made plans for a Bigger, Better Bighorn Training day with more classes and information.
Calling all artist and people with imagination, or not-so artist, but with great ideas….We would like to consider changing the patch design for Bighorn and we would like your help in doing so! We are considering t-shirts, neckerchiefs, hats and/or patches.
Please send in your design ideas and thoughts. If you can’t draw, than write down your ideas and if your ideas are chosen we will have an artist work with you.
Please send your ideas to the Council Service Center as soon as possible and no later than January 15, 2012.
We want to know from you what classes, food, entertainment, camps, scout games, and vendors you would like to see at Bighorn.
We would like to get you as a trainer to teach a class and to share your scouting knowledge with other scouters. Please fill out the instructors form as soon as possible and email it back to Barry Sachs. All instructors will pay for at a discounted rate of $10 for the day, which will pay for lunch and other classes you would like to attend during the day. Please sign up no later than November 15th to be an instructor so that we have time to get class information and the schedule put together. A special “incentive” Thank you gift will be offered.
