The annual "Friends of Scouting" contributins campaign enable the Blue Mountain Council to continue providing an outstanding program to more than 5,000 youth in Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Umatilla, Morrow, Wheeler, Baker, Gilliam, Wallowa, Union, Baker, and Grand Counties. Through the Scouting programs our children, families, and communities are stronger and better prepared for the future.
