Note:  This packet is only for use by Scouts and parents whose unit has chosen not to participate in the sale.  Although, if 35% of the members of a unit are participating in the sale the unit will be considered to be selling.  The unit will then need to provide a Unit Kernel to coordinate the sale and use the “Unit Popcorn Sales Guide” as a reference.
