The Blue Mountain  Council has over 300 Packs, Troops, and Posts in Southeast Washington and Northeast Oregon which provide the Scouting Program to youth ages 6 through 20.  Registration is determined by age or school grade.

• Tiger Cubs - boys ages 7 or in the first grade
• Cub Scouts - boys grades 2-5
• Boy Scouts - boys grades 6-11
• Varsity Scouting - boys ages 14-18
• Venturing - young men and women ages 14-21
• Exploring - young men and women ages 14-21
• Learning for Life - everyone in grades K-12
