Please make sure the application is signed by the Unit Leader and the parent/guardian. Double check to make sure the date of birth and the grade is inputed in the correct fields on the application.
Please make sure that background check information is there, which includes social security, date of birth, and the yes/no questions are answered on the right hand side of the application. Make sure the Chartered Organizational Representative and the Committee Chair signs the application.
Merit Badge Regisration
An adult application along with the merit badge application must be submitted for district and council approval. Current leaders in a unit must still fill out another application for audit purposes and the correct approval signatures. If you are a current merit badge counselor and wish to add more subjects, please make sure to write "current counselor" on the merit badge application and a new adult application is not needed.Adult Registration
