Walamootkin Tri-Cities Chapter Flash Mob Service Event

Hello Brothers,

Instead of lounging around or sinking into the commercialism of the holiday season, why not get active and give back to your community?

The Tri-Cities Chapter of the Walamootkin Lodge will be having a flash mob service event to fulfill our charge of WWW.

When:  Saturday, November 30 at 9 am

What: We will be cleaning up the trash along the side of the road of the Queensgate/I-182 intersection

Where: We will meet at the Park & Ride lot at the intersection of Queensgate and Columbia Park Trail

A few important notes:

This is weather-dependent, so be on the lookout for last-minute cancellation. Please wear appropriate clothing: sturdy shoes; warm clothes; bring leather work gloves; bring a reflective vest if you have one - if not, we will provide one. Don't pick up anything hazardous - needles, bottles of unknown fluid, ruptured batteries, etc. There will be a safety briefing before we start, so please arrive on time.We expect to be out for about an hour, and then maybe hop over to the Krispy Kreme Donuts for a snack and hot drink.

If you have questions, please contact the adult organizer, Bill Nelson,

Hope to see you there for some service and fellowship!
